abt88 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

1.Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the abt88 platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. This acceptance is effective from the moment of your first interaction with the abt88 platform and remains in effect for the duration of your use of the platform.

These Terms apply alongside any specific terms attached to individual promotions, bonuses, tournaments, or other features offered from time to time on the abt88 platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and any promotion-specific or feature-specific terms, the more specific terms shall prevail with respect to the relevant promotion or feature only.

2.Eligibility

3.Account Registration

You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times. abt88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where registration information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading:

Accounts that have been registered but remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months without any deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay activity may be classified as dormant. abt88 will attempt to notify the account holder before applying any dormancy policy. Players are encouraged to contact support if they wish to reactivate a dormant account.

4.Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the abt88 platform:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the same name as the abt88 account. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the payment page within the abt88 platform. These limits may vary by payment method and may be subject to change.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where the payment method supports withdrawals. abt88 reserves the right to request identification documents prior to processing any withdrawal.
• abt88 will process withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed on the withdrawal page. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, during public holidays in Bangladesh, or where additional verification is required.
• abt88 does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad) may apply their own service charges. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider.

abt88 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal, freeze an account, and conduct an investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Where an investigation confirms a violation, abt88 may void any winnings, close the account, and report the activity to relevant authorities.

5.Bonuses and Promotions

abt88 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions in addition to these general Terms. Where specific bonus terms are provided, they must be read and understood before opting in to any promotion. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions offered on the abt88 platform:

• Bonuses are awarded at abt88's sole discretion and are not guaranteed. Eligibility for a particular bonus does not guarantee future eligibility for the same or similar bonuses.

8.Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the abt88 platform for personal, non-commercial use only, subject to these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the abt88 platform without the prior written consent of abt88.

9.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, abt88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the abt88 platform, including without limitation any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure. This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit abt88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by abt88's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. abt88 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components, though abt88 takes reasonable steps to maintain platform security and availability.

10.Amendments to These Terms

abt88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, abt88 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where a change is material, abt88 will endeavour to provide notice to registered players via email or an on-platform notification prior to the change taking effect.
